2023 Saigon Wine Festival

The Saigon Wine Fest 2023 is a wine-themed festival where spectators may drink wine, learn about different wine styles, and even buy glasses and bottles to take home. Along with the wine, guests may enjoy wonderful culinary pairings including cheese, cold cuts, and French cuisine. The event will include live music, games, and other family-friendly interactive activities.

The Saigon Wine Fest 2023 will be held on July 15, from noon to 10 p.m. Saigon Outcast, 188/1 Nguyen Van Huong Street, Thao Dien Ward, District 2, will host the event. The cost of admission is VND50,000 ($2) each person. Children are welcome to attend the program for free.

A trip to Osaka

The restaurant Saigon Kitchen at the Hôtel des Arts Saigon offers guests on a gastronomic voyage to Osaka. The restaurant features Japanese delicacies cooked by Swissôtel Nankai Osaka guest chefs Matsuda and Yamashita, who display their abilities and originality.

In addition to the cuisine, guests may learn the traditional art of origami with artist Lien Quoc Dat, who will lead them in constructing beautiful forms and designs.

Guests can select between two cuisines during the event: the Chic Buffet Lunch and the Seafood Buffet Dinner. The Chic Buffet Lunch, which is offered from July 13 to 16, costs VND728,000 ($30) per person and includes tea Vietnamese coffee. The Seafood Buffet Dinner, which is available from July 13 to 15, costs VND1,588,000 per person and includes unlimited Sapporo and Sake, as well as tea and coffee.

The event will take place at Saigon Kitchen from July 13 to July 16. The restaurant is located on the second floor of Hôtel des Arts Saigon, 76-78 Nguyen Thi Minh Khai, District 3.

Expansions is a night of live funk, jazz, and fusion music.

Soma Saigon invites guests to an evening of funk and jazz music with two bands: the V-Funk Allstars and M(_Y_)A. The V-Funk Allstars create a distinct sound by combining funk and jazz.
 

They attract listeners with both traditional and new funk compositions that include uplifting melodies. M(_Y_)A's sound is a fusion of funk and jazz. Their music has a high intensity level that encourages listeners to get up and dance. Stav, a British DJ, will provide support for the event by spinning vinyl-only funk and deep soul.

The event will take place at Soma Saigon, 6 Le Van Mien Street, Thao Dien Ward, District 2, from 8 p.m. till late on July 15. Visitors can purchase an early-bird ticket for 100,000 VND. Tickets will also be available at the door for VND150,000.

Art exhibition and concert

The UOB Painting of the Year Art Competition & Celebration, a series of exciting activities for art enthusiasts in Vietnam, is presented by UOB (United Overseas Bank). The UOB Painting of the Year competition began in Singapore in 1982 and has now extended to Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, and Vietnam.

The competition seeks to find and encourage Southeast Asian artists while also promoting art appreciation in the area.

The primary event of the celebration is an open art studio on Sunday, which will include a community painting session, a chat show, and a little concert. The event is free and accessible to anybody who appreciates art. The festival also features the Traveling Art Studio classes, which will allow guests to explore their artistic interests using various art materials.

The Ants Studio, located at No. 3, Dong Tay 1 Street, An Phu Ward, District 2, will host the UOB Painting of the Year art competition and celebration on July 16.

Paws to park

All About Dogs and Dog Laws Vietnam is collaborating to stage a Paws To Park event, a charity dog walk and adoption day event aimed at helping dogs in need.

Attendees are asked to bring their dogs to this event and meet other dog enthusiasts. Attendees will also be able to adopt a dog from the event and provide it with a loving home.

The event will take place on July 15th at All About Dogs D2, which is located at 15 Nguyen Duy Hieu, Thao Dien Ward, Ho Chi Minh City. The dog stroll will begin at 8 a.m. and will conclude at 9 a.m. The adoption session will then begin and will run until 11 a.m. There will also be a tiny market with food, beverages, and other stuff.

Participants must register and pay a participation fee to participate in the dog walk event. The rates for one dog are VND75,000 ($3.15), VND130,000 for two dogs, and VND190,000 for three or more pets. The event's proceeds will benefit Laws For Paws Vietnam, a non-profit committed to rescuing, rehabilitating, and finding new homes for abandoned, neglected, or medically needy dogs.
