First time I availed the services of Threeland Travels was in 2013 for a family holiday trip to Cambodia. Since we had great satisfcation with our Cambodia visit, I decided to contact Threeland Travels for the second time to plan our itenerary for Vietnam visit. When I contacted Ms. Linda, the executive who worked on my Cambodia itenerary, she promptly responded and connected me to their executive Mr. Joe. I was later told by Mr. joe that Linda was promoted as their Sales Director. My itenerary was meticulously planned. It included the hotels stays, meals, sight seeings and transfers. I must mention, I never imagined that our holiday in Vietnam would be so enjoyable. A lovely country with hardworking and honest people. No doubt the country has developed so much and become one of the most sought after tourist destinations in Asia. I must thank Mr. Joe and his team members for making our holiday a memorable one and indeed value for the money spent. All the hotels were excellent, all the restaurants and food was great, all the guides and drivers were very helpful, all the sight seeing and shoppings were a delight. Last I must thank Ms. Linda, who I presume must be a good and capable leader for building up such a fantastic team. I have now decided to use their services even for Myanmar visit and would also strongly recomend others to use their services.

We used Threeland Travel to help us get around Vietnam. Most things were done before we even left Canada but while there, Max was fabulous in helping us out when I forgot our itinerary at one point. There were a few emails about connections and times and I never had to wait more than a couple of hours for a response. Pretty sure Max was getting tired of my questions but Max was awesome at answering any concerns I had. I would not hesitate in recommending Threeland Travel and would definitely use them again for future travels in Asia

We have just returned from a wonderful private tour of Vietnam and Cambodia arranged by Linda and her team at Threeland Travel. They were recommended to us by friends and they were fantastic!! Our itinerary, flights, hotels and many meals were all arranged by them all by e mail and the whole trip could not have gone better. We visited Hanoi, Hue, Ho-ian, Ho Chi Minh City, Phom Penh and Siem Riep. At each destination we were met by helpful and knowledgeable guides and drivers so the whole trip was stress free. The hotels and meals were excellent. We visited incredible places and have returned with wonderful memories. Thank you so much Threeland travel.

In researching our upcoming holiday to Vietnam/Cambodia we were recommended to contact Threeland Travel as they could arrange a private group tour - we weren't interested in joining a large organised tour group. Our contact Linda, following input from us as to where/what we wanted to do put together numerous draft itineraries until we decided on the final tour. Linda was so helpful & accommodating & gave valuable advice throughout. She arranged a private tour for 4 - our own guide, bus & driver for each area we went to. We were amazed at the level of service as well as the quality of the service we received from each guide/bus driver. They looked after us as though we were their family. There were times when we wanted to change our itinerary as we went on our travels - no problem to do this - the unexpected does happen such as illness, too tired, just want to relax. We traveled throughout Vietnam then the Mekong River cruise into Cambodia - not one hitch. Our guides even assisted us to check in for each internal flight. A level of service we didn't expect. We stayed 5 star the whole journey as the prices provided to us by Linda made it an affordable option. We have since priced similar organized tours to the same areas & the pricing has been double for most tours. We couldn't believe what we got for the price we paid. We had the most amazing holiday at nothing but the best accommodation with exceptional guides & drivers in very good small buses with air conditioning & plenty of bottled water. All we had to do was have a great time, shop & enjoy all the Vietnam & Cambodia had to offer. With a small group tour we missed the problems that come with a large tour - we encountered one such tour on the Mekong River Cruise - and so pleased that we went with Threeland travel. Thank you Linda & all involved in making our recent holiday one to remember. We are definitely going through them again to explore this fascinating area more thoroughly. Highly recommend them.

Our trip was organised by Threeland Travel and all by email. Our party was made up of two couples. Everything was organised by this company from booking all the internal flights to all the hotels and all the transport and sightseeing. Also the restaurants were booked by them on our request as we asked for vegetarian meals. They did all these perfectly and we did not have a single problem with the whole of the tour as it was perfect from pick up from airport to next destination. We also had a night on the Junk Boat on the Halong Bay and the services of Grayline Cruise was a Five Star service by them. Must mention the hotels  all these chosen by Threeland were excellent. Indian Restaurants were Ganesh Restaurant who has branches all over Vietnam and others were Little India in Hanoi. All these was organised by Alex at Threeland Travels who are based in Hanoi. Highly recommended for people who want to travel to Vietnam and Cambodia.

Threeland Travel organised a private 15 trip for me in Vietnam & Cambodia (Hanoi, Halong Bay, Hue, Hoi An, Saigon, Siem Reap). I found Threeland over the internet and was guided by very positive reviews of other travellers in this forum. Albeit a bit nervous about sending a down payment (50% of local trip costs) to an unknown agency, I must admit that I was not disappointed anywhere. Threeland operators Alex and Mia of the Hanoi office diligently planned the trip, responded quickly to all my many queries beforehand and organised a visa on arrival for me. Upon arrival I was greeted at every airport by very friendly and knowledgeable private guides and very careful drivers. The guides are very knowledgeable about the history of the nation and the places visited, but I enjoyed particularly learning more about the present life of residents in discussing with them. All **** hotels selected were more than adequate and centrally located and all preselected meals were in very nice restaurants offering a plentiful variety of local foods. I have really nothing to complain about and can recommend Threeland to any traveller to organise a trip to Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos or Myanmar. If I go again to this part of the world, I would for sure entrust Threeland Travel to organise my local trip. My only advise to travellers interested in going to Vietnam would be not to try combining North and South Vietnam in one trip due to very different climate zones. I did so, but in March Hanoi and Halong Bay were still too cold and rainy to truly enjoy the beauty of it. For the North July & August are best months, for the South November and December- then temperatures are only in the mid 20 degeee celsius range. Hoi An in the center is touristy but a very pleasant place, also offering travellers a choice to spend a few days to rest on the beautiful beach. Saigon is a vibrant metropolitan city worth spending 3 days but do not go to the Mekong delta unless you spend time over there overnight (only then you can see the floating markets). Angkor Wat is definitely worth seeing, but 2-3 days are fully sufficient there - you will see any how so many temples during your trip that you will hardly be able to remember all of them !

We used Threeland Travel for quite a few of our various tours in Vietnam. The level of service and tour depended on the area being visited, some tours and guides were very good others need improvement. Consistent was the driver and the vehicle being of very good quality.

I accidentally booked the tour for the wrong date but instead of them saying to bad they changed it without hesitation. Our tour guide was very friendly, happy spoke great English.

I've been with Threeland on a trip to the Vietnam's heritage. I spent one day in Danang exploring Sontra Island and visiting Ling Ung Pagoda. The guide - Mr. Hai was knowledgeable when showing us all captivating features of this pagoda. I was very impressed with this site, really marvelous one, and quite different from Singapore's (at first I thought pagodas in Vietnam would be somehow the same). The atmosphere there also brought me tranquility. The next day we did have a great journey to Hoian and Myson sanctuary. Hoian is even more than my expectation but Myson is a little crowded. I love those two days in Hoian when I could explore the streets at my leisure. Hai Coffee Shop in Hoian is really nice. A bit pity that I couldn't visit Cua Dai beach. Last day we transfered to Hue, enjoyed Lang Co beach and many historical sites here. Hue is quiet and peaceful. Overall the services were arranged good except for the hotel in Danang which doesnt have private balcony and sea view like I was first offered. But they did give us an apology and upgraded us to a bigger room. Nicely done anw!

We were picked up at the airport by friendly and informed drivers and taken directly to the hotel. Every tour we booked we had a private tour guide, all of whom were nice, knowledgeable, and took care of the whole day. They provided us with an itinerary that was incredible, and they were amazingly accommodating about changing plans, even if they were last minute. We wanted to change our flight 2 days before and they took care of it. For everything they provided the price was incredibly cheap. Jacqueline planned our trip and she was amazing! Highly recommend and I will definitely use again.

May from Threeland travel supported our travel needs in Myanmar. He organized the flight tickets, a bus and a bout ticket. Everything very professional and supportive. Good recommendations of services. I think it worth the little extra money as compared to self managed bookings.
