Vietnam Summer Escape Holidays

I accidentally booked the wrong day when first booking the trip online, but had no problem changing it via e-mail. I did sweat that the change worked, though, since the bus was a little late in picking us up. But all worked out, and I had a great time. The tour guide spoke great English and was very informative and organized.  Overall good experience, though. Very organized tour and a great value. After the hectic nature of Hanoi, a cruise trip to Halong Bay was exactly what was needed!

Threeland Travel organized literally the perfect trip. A friend and I went to Ho Chi Minh City, Danang, Hoian and Halong. Threeland took care of everything. We were picked up at the airport by friendly and informed drivers and taken directly to the hotel. Every tour we booked we had a private tour guide, all of whom were nice, knowledgeable, and took care of the whole day. They provided us with an itinerary that was incredible, and they were amazingly accommodating about changing plans, even if they were last minute. We wanted to change our flight 2 days before and they took care of it. For everything they provided the price was incredibly cheap. Jacqueline planned our trip and she was amazing! Highly recommend and I will definitely use again.

We had a great tour guide Mr Huynh Chi Vinh who looked after us really well. Long lines for cable car but once on there was wonderful views. You reached the 1st level and there is gardens/ big Buddha / bridge / wine cellar and lots of food stalls. You take a 2nd cable car up to the top where you will see lots of restaurants/ church/rollercoaster around the top of the mountain. It's quirky but a fun day out. Downside... overcrowded/ very long lines for cable cars/ extremely noisy and construction work still going on on top level with drills/ electric saws and hammering.

We usually book everything ourself but after already planning most of our holiday we looking for something easy so We booked in Australia through Threeland Tours site so weren't sure what we would get, but from the moment we booked all emails we sent were answered by David very quickly & professionally even when we were there we misunderstood what the pick up time was for a tour , the next day Judy? Phoned us at the hotel to explain that our hotel was was last for pick ups! Our hotel was only 3 star but we found it to be very clean and comfortable . Great service!

Thinh, our guide, was fantastic. Very knowledgable, patient when asked questions, good English, although he had an itinerary he was happy to go wherever we wanted, told us a lot about local culture, history and the people. He was one of the best guides we have ever experienced and we’ve done lots of tours with Threeland.

We used Treeland Travel for quite a few of our various tours in Vietnam. The level of service and tour depended on the area being visited, some tours and guides were very good others need improvement. Consistent was the driver and the vehicle being of very good quality.

The scenery was breathtaking. A full itinerary was planned, with a visit to the beach, hike to the observation tower, cooking class and visit to the surprise cave. The crew were incredible and very service-oriented. Tim Tam was our guide and was very knowledgeable, kind and helpful. This was a highlight of our trip!

Ben (Nguyen Mun Thao) was a pleasant guide. He adjusted well to our needs. We were able to get to know the most important sights with him. The friendly driver was always on the spot with the car and took us to the next stop.

You'll be fully satisfied from their advises about where to go, what kind of trip can be the best one for you and all the most comfortable places to spend all the nights.
