Itinerary

  1. Welcome to Vietnam! 
    Upon your arrival flight, the tour guide of  Diamond Holiday Group will be welcoming you at Noi Bai airport and it takes us 35 minutes driving to the centre of Hanoi. Visit the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum – visit outside only, the Temple of Literature, Quan Thanh temple, the impressive Ethnologic Museum, dedicated to Vietnam’s 54 ethnic minorities, some of which we will see on our forthcoming days.
    Lunch at your own account. (hotel room will be available only from 14h00).
    In the afternoon, we will start the city tour by an hour cyclo ride to visit to the Old Quarter of Hanoi and drop off at Thang Long theatre for water puppet show, the unique Vietnamese traditional art. This art originates from rural festivals in Vietnam. The artist-men and women stand waist-deep in the water to manipulate the puppets, making them move about, talk and laugh and even dance on the surface of the water. End of the show and transfer to hotel. 
    Dinner and accommodation at Quoc Hoa hotel, ROH (Superior or Deluxe room). 
     

  2. Breakfast at hotel. We transfer to Halong Bay. Welcome on board of Phoenix shared Junk. Around 11:30 Arrive at Tuan Chau International Marina. Then transfer by tender to the Phoenix boat – enjoy Welcome Drink. Receive cruise briefing and check in to cabins and begin cruise.
    After lunch - deluxe Vietnamese and International Set Menu, massage service is available beginning after lunch and throughout the cruise. Stop at Luon cave for kayaking (A bamboo boat will be arranged for the elderly or people who cannot kayak) to visit the small cave and beautiful lagoons. Then boat will take you to Titop Island for you to enjoy the beach and swimming, or you can climb up to the top to get an overview of a corner of the bay. Dinner will be served with local seafood. After dinner you may choose to enjoy drinks from the bar or top deck or experience squid fishing before retiring.
    Accommodation on Halong phoenix cruise, deluxe cabin. 
     

  3. 07:00' - 07:45' Enjoy the morning view of the beautiful landscape with a cup of coffee or tea. Have breakfast in the fresh air.
    08:00' - 09:00' You will visit the impressive Cave of Halong Bay – Surprising Cave (Sửng Sốt) with your tour guide, a truly awesome and amazing cave to experience.
    10:00' Check out of your cabin and settle your bill as our boat begins cruising back to the harbor. Experience more views of Halong Bay such as Fighting Cocks Island (Symbol of Halong Bay), Incense Burner and Stone Dogs Islands.
    10:30' A cooking demonstration onboard shows you how to make authentic Vietnamese Spring rolls. You will learn about the recipes and techniques that create this popular dish of Vietnamese people.
    11:00' Lunch is served on board during cruising towards the harbor.
    11:45' Depart the Halong Phoenix Cruiser and travel by tender boat back to Tuan Chau International Marina where you then board the bus for your return journey to Hanoi. Drive back to Hanoi with a stopover at Bat Trang Pottery village. Transfer to the Ha Noi railway station to catch the night train to Hue (Departure: 19h30). Overnight on the Livitran train (02 persons/cabin). Luggage porterage station platform on to train. 
    Dinner at your own arrangement and overnight on train.
     

  4. Breakfast picnic on board.
    Arrive at Hue station on 08h48. Luggage porterage service from train to station platform.
    Being recognized by UNESCO as the 1st Cultural World Heritage for Vietnam, Hue is highlighted by the old royal architectural works and the most traditional Vietnamese lifestyle. After a short relax, we will take a boat trip on Perfume river to visit Thien Mu pagoda. Lunch at local restaurant. Check-in hotel. 
    In the afternoon, we will visit Imperial Citadel Hue with tour guide. Dinner at your own account.
    Accommodation at EMM ( formerly Festival Hue hotel), Deluxe room. 

  5. Breakfast at hotel. In the morning We will discover the charm of the city and Dong Ba bustling market.
    Transfer to train station to board the local train SE3 or similar (depart from Hue 10h35 – arrive to Da Nang at 13h15). Luggage porterage service on and off train service.
    Lunch at local restaurant.
    Upon arrival in Danang, pick up and transfer to visit Cham Museum, marble mountain and proceed to Hoi An.  Check in and leisure time. Dinner at your own account.

    Option tour for day 6: Hoi An ancient town – Half day
    Morrning walking tour of Hoi An to discover the historic town which used to be a prosperous seaport city during the 16th to 18th centuries. Visit Hoi An colourful local market, Tan Ky old house, Fukien Assembly Hall, and the 400-year-old Japanese covered bridge. Travelers can also see local residents raise silkworms and produce silk for Hoi An's burgeoning textile industry. Back to hotel.
     Tour prices included: All private transportation, All sightseeing tickets, Experienced English speaking guide, Tissues and water on coach.

  7. Breakfast at hotel. Tranfer to Da Nang train station (train SE1 or similar to Nha Trang (depart at 11h41 – arrival 21h22). Luggage porterage service on and off train service.

    Ponagar Temple – Long Son Pagoda – Cathedral – Long Thanh photo studio - Dam Market – Half day
    NhaTrang is with no doubt one of the most favorite tourist destinations in Vietnam. This beach city has been very famous for its fantastic natural scenery of mountains, beaches and islands combined. Moreover, it is home to many historical sites such as Mountain Church built in 1928, Long Son Pagoda and Ponagar - is a Cham temple tower founded sometime before 781. Don't miss this NhaTrang city tour to explore this beautiful land and get wonderful memories!

    Fishing Village - Tri Nguyen Aquarium - Mun Marine Park - Con Se Tre Village – Full day
    Welcome pick up at your hotel in NhaTrang transfer to Cau Da port for your boat trip cruising on the NhaTrang Bay. Your first stop is Mieu fishing village, it’ll take you 20 minute to see the real life of the fishermen. Continuing Tri Nguyen Aquarium on the Mieu Island. You then head out to HonMun Island - the best island for snorkeling where you can see lots of lives colorful corals and fish. Continue to the Mot Island for relaxing, swimming & water sports. Lunch at the local restaurant on the islands. Transfer to your hotel.

    Pinic-lunch on board. Pick up at Sai Gon station then transfer to city for discover the bustling Saigon: Enjoy a tour in the Old Colonial Residential Quarter with the 19th century Notre-Dame Cathedral, the beautiful Central Post Office.

  18. Breakfast at the hotel.
    Morning depart to visit Cu Chi tunnels (70 km northwest of Ho Chi Minh city) an amazing complex of underground tunnels used during the Vietnam War. Return to Sai Gon.
    Lunch at local restaurant. Afternoon visit History Museum (closed on Mondays). Continue to Cho Lon and the bustling Binh Tay Market and discover Thien Hau temple and a lacquer ware factory.
    Return to Sai Gon. 
    Accommodation at Asia Ruby Select Hotel, Deluxe room. 
     

  19. Breakfast at the hotel. Coach trip to Cai Be, 2.5-hour drive from Ho Chi Minh City, take a boat trip along the Mekong River to view the daily life of local people who work and play on the waterways of the Mekong Delta. The trip includes a visit to canal where the floating market at Cai Be takes place, and to a family-run business producing rice paper and corn flakes of Vietnamese style - a key ingredient in Vietnamese cuisine.
    Lunch at local house. Drive to Cantho city.

  20. Breakfast at the hotel. Morning boat trip to visit Cai Rang floating market. Lunch at local restaurant.
    Then transfer to Chau Doc via speedboat.

  21. Breakfast at hotel. Drive back Saigon. Free at your leisure till transfer to the airport, take flight for departure. End of services.
