Within two weeks, we can visit the best sites to see in Vietnam by cycling, with stops at more places a massive tour itinerary may skip. The tour can get away from busy points even in the high season. This journey will offer a true insight into the local cuisine, daily life and friendly culture that will be sure to delight. Cycling is undoubtedly one of the finest ways to discover Vietnam where hospitality comes as second nature.

Welcome to Vietnam!
Our tour guide and bus will greet you at Noi Bai Airport and take you to your hotel in the heart of Hanoi for check-in.
Depending on your arrival time, you may have the chance to get a first impression of the capital with a cyclo ride through the Old Quarter. The ride includes stops at Ngoc Son Temple on Hoan Kiem Lake (also known as the “Sword Lake”) and Quan Thanh Taoist Temple.

Afterward, we’ll head to Cuc Phuong National Park, located about 130 km south of Hanoi. This area is known for its striking limestone landscape and lush rainforest, home to an incredible diversity of plants and animals.
As one of Vietnam’s oldest and most protected national parks, Cuc Phuong is a sanctuary for rare primates like gibbons, langurs, and macaques, as well as unique bird species such as the red-collared woodpecker, limestone wren-babbler, and fork-tailed sunbird. We’ll visit the park’s conservation center to learn more about its important wildlife preservation work.
In the afternoon, enjoy a scenic bike ride beneath the canopy of centuries-old trees. The trail is a concrete path with a mix of gentle uphill and downhill sections, winding through the park’s karst ecosystem—an unforgettable way to explore the forest.

After breakfast, we’ll leave Cuc Phuong Park and cycle to Hoa Lu, Vietnam’s ancient capital. Here, we’ll visit historic temples dedicated to King Dinh and King Le, who ruled the country in the 10th century.
From there, continue biking through peaceful rural villages and expansive rice fields, taking in the beauty of the Red River Delta lowlands. We’ll stop for lunch in Tam Coc.
In the afternoon, enjoy a scenic two-hour boat trip through a landscape of dramatic limestone karsts rising from lush green paddies. This unique setting, often called “Halong Bay on land,” draws comparisons to both Guilin in China and Halong Bay in Vietnam.
Later in the day, we’ll take a short bike ride to Mua Cave. For those up for a bit of a climb, the viewpoint at the top offers a stunning panoramic view—especially at sunset.

After breakfast at the hotel, we’ll depart Ninh Binh and head to Halong Bay. Along the way, you’ll have the chance to take in the scenic beauty of the Red River Delta—especially vivid during the rice planting season in January and during harvest in March, April, and November.
Upon arrival in Halong, we’ll board a spacious cruise boat to explore the breathtaking seascape of this legendary “Descending Dragon” Bay, where thousands of limestone karsts and islets rise from the emerald waters in dramatic formations.
After a fresh seafood lunch onboard, we’ll visit Surprising Grotto, stop for a swim or a kayaking session, and cruise past floating fishing villages and striking islets, getting up close to the natural wonders of the bay.
Return to the boat in the late afternoon for dinner. In the evening, you can take part in onboard activities or simply relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

After breakfast, the cruise continues through more stunning parts of Halong Bay, where nearly every islet has a story or shape behind its name—like Sail Island, Fisherman’s Head Rock, Butterfly Rock, or Turtle Islet.
Enjoy a delicious brunch onboard before disembarking. From there, we’ll transfer by bus to Noi Bai Airport for a late flight to Hue. Upon arrival, you’ll be welcomed and taken to your hotel for check-in.

Breakfast at hotel. Being recognized by UNESCO as the 1st Cultural World Heritage for Vietnam, Hue is highlighted by the old royal architectural works and low-paced lifestyle. We will have a full-day easy cycling around with morning discover the charm of the city, including the Royal Citadel, Forbidden City, Hue Royal Museum and Dong Ba bustling market. After lunch in a garden-housed restaurant, we will continue riding to visit the Tombs of King Minh Mang and Tu Duc - two best-reserved monuments of the Nguyen Emperors since early 19th and early 20th centuries. Overnight in Hue.
Start the day with a leisurely bike ride through the peaceful streets of Hue, a small yet charming city that once served as Vietnam’s imperial capital for over 150 years until 1945. After the ride, return to the hotel for breakfast.
You’ll then meet your professional guide for a trip briefing before checking out. From there, we transfer to Thuan An Beach, where the day’s cycling adventure begins. We’ll ride along scenic country roads that stretch across a narrow peninsula between the sea and tranquil lagoons.
After 3–4 hours of cycling through fishing villages and quiet coastal paths, we’ll take a bus to Lang Co, one of Vietnam’s most beautiful beaches. Here, we’ll enjoy a fresh seafood lunch and a cold beer by the water.
Take some time to swim or sunbathe before we continue the journey with a drive over the spectacular Hai Van Pass, offering breathtaking views of the mountains and sea, en route to Hoi An.

After breakfast, we’ll begin biking from Hoi An to My Son Sanctuary, an ancient site that holds the hidden treasures of Cham culture, which once flourished in what is now Central Vietnam. With its unique architecture and spiritual significance, My Son has been recognized by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site for its cultural and historical value.
After exploring the sanctuary, we’ll return to Hoi An by bus for lunch.
In the afternoon, we’ll take a ferry across the Thu Bon River to explore more remote villages on the opposite bank. Just a kilometer from the bustling town, we’ll find ourselves in peaceful surroundings—home to boat-making workshops, bamboo bridges, local sampans, and fishing communities.
We’ll cycle along small tracks winding through rice fields to reach the river gate, where we’ll board another ferry back to Cua Dai Beach. Enjoy a relaxing drink by the sea before heading back to Hoi An.

Breakfast at hotel. Transfer to Danang airport for a short flight to Nha Trang, one of the best 30 beaches in the world. We will have the whole day today at leisure for sunbath, swimming and seafood. Overnight in Nha Trang. Please note! Many water activities available in Nha Trang, including snorkeling, diving, parachuting, sailing to the islands and remote places.
After breakfast at the hotel, we’ll depart Nha Trang by bus and head toward Dalat, traveling along scenic, photo-worthy roads bordered by pine forests, cascading waterfalls, and tea and coffee plantations. The journey also takes us over the dramatic Ngoan Muc Pass, known as the “Picturesque Mountain Pass.”
Upon arrival in Dalat—often referred to as “the jewel of Vietnam’s Central Highlands”—you’ll be welcomed by its park-like setting, cool climate (15°C to 24°C), and year-round sunshine.
After a lunch break, we’ll enjoy a relaxed bike ride through the city, passing the peaceful Xuan Huong Lake and cycling alongside tranquil pine forests. We’ll also visit the serene Van Hanh Zen Monastery for a quiet moment of reflection.
Return to the hotel and enjoy the rest of the day at your leisure.

After breakfast at the hotel, we’ll check out and transfer to the airport for a short morning flight to Saigon.
Upon arrival, we’ll be welcomed by our local guide and transferred to the city center for lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, we’ll explore Saigon on a guided cycling tour, starting with the Reunification Palace – a historic landmark that witnessed the dramatic end of the Vietnam War in 1975. Once the former Presidential Palace of South Vietnam, the grand building now serves as a museum and venue for official receptions.
Just a short ride away, we’ll visit the Central Post Office, a beautiful example of French colonial architecture designed by Gustave Eiffel, and the nearby Notre Dame Cathedral, built between 1877 and 1883. This iconic red-brick church is one of the finest Roman Catholic structures in southern Vietnam.
Our last stop of the day is Chinatown (Cho Lon), home to Vietnam’s largest Chinese community. Here, we’ll visit the sacred Thien Hau Pagoda, dedicated to the Goddess of the Sea, and browse the bustling Binh Tay Market, known for its vibrant atmosphere and local goods.

This morning, we set off by an early bus to Cai Be Floating Market, a vibrant daily market held right on the river. Here, local vendors trade tropical fruits and regional specialties from their boats, creating a colorful, bustling scene unique to the Mekong Delta. We’ll board a boat to explore the market up close, gliding past wooden sampans stacked high with produce.
After lunch, we continue by ferry to the Long Ho Peninsula, where a scenic 3-hour cycling journey awaits. Our route weaves through a peaceful maze of riverside villages, where narrow paths are lined with bamboo fences and lush fruit gardens. Along the way, we’ll stop to rest, sample fresh tropical fruits picked straight from the trees, and enjoy local treats like coconut candies and honey tea.
In the late afternoon, we return to Cai Be by boat, then travel back to Saigon by bus.
