Upon arrival at Noi Bai International Airport, you’ll be welcomed by our tour director and transferred to your hotel in the center of Hanoi city. Depending on your arrival time, you’ll receive a brief orientation covering cultural norms, local customs, and safety tips to help you settle in comfortably. Check in to your hotel.
If time permits, enjoy a leisurely walk around the iconic Hoan Kiem Lake, a peaceful green space in the city center and in the evening, gather for a welcome dinner at a local restaurant, your first taste of Vietnamese cuisine.

Start your day with breakfast at the hotel before setting out to explore some of Hanoi’s cultural and historical landmarks.
Begin with a visit to the Temple of Literature, Vietnam’s first national university, dating back to the 11th century. Next, pass by the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum for an exterior view and learn about the surrounding area, including Ba Dinh Square, where President Ho Chi Minh declared Vietnam’s independence in 1945, then visit Tran Quoc pagoda.
Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant featuring Vietnamese dishes
Continue exploring the Old Quarter, wandering through its streets and corners, and watch a live water puppet show, an art form that dates back nearly 1,000 years.
Return to the hotel and take time to relax.

Today, the journey heads north toward Ha Giang province, a region known for its dramatic karst landscapes and geological wonders. After about five hours on the road, you’ll arrive in Ha Giang City and stop for lunch at a local restaurant.
In the afternoon, it continues uphill to Quan Ba. Along the way, you’ll stop at Heaven’s Gate and Twin Mountains (Fairy Bosom) for scenic viewpoints overlooking lush valleys and striking rocky mountains.
By late afternoon, reach to Nam Dam Village, a community-based tourism village home to the Nung ethnic minority. Here, you'll check in to a cozy local homestay, where you can relax or take time to explore the village on foot, meet local people, and learn about their culture and way of life.
Enjoy a homemade dinner and rest after a full day of travel.

After breakfast, continue your journey deeper into the Dong Van Karst Plateau Geopark, one of Southeast Asia’s most impressive landscapes and a UNESCO Global Geopark.
First stop is Lung Khuy Cave, a hidden gem nestled in the limestone mountains. This spectacular cave stretches nearly 300 meters and features dramatic stalactites and stalagmites, offering a glimpse into the slow and powerful processes that shape karst terrain.
Next, head to Van Chai Village, home to some of the most unique limestone formations in the region. Among them is the naturally sculpted “Sea Lion Herd” and the Van Chai Rock Book, a fascinating geological site. The expert guide will explain how each visible rock layer tells a story of ancient seas, tectonic shifts, and climate change over millions of years.
This area also showcases the “Rocky Culture” of the local people, including rocky fences, stone-walled farms, terraced fields built on harsh terrain, and traditional houses with compacted earth walls and yin-yang tiled roofs.
In the afternoon, visit the historic Vuong Palace, once the residence of a powerful Hmong king.
By late afternoon, we arrive in Dong Van Ancient Town, where you’ll settle in a hotel for the night.

Today’s route takes you through some of the most breathtaking scenery in Ha Giang including the legendary Ma Pi Leng Pass, one of Vietnam’s most iconic mountain roads. You'll also take a short walk along the Sky Path for its stunning panoramic views.
Next, you descend to the Nho Que river for a peaceful boat tour through the Tu San Canyon—Vietnam’s deepest gorge. Cruising between towering cliffs and see how water, time, and geology have shaped this incredible region.
In the late afternoon, arrive in Meo Vac, where you can rest and enjoy the quiet mountain town after a full day of exploration.

After completing your exploration of the Dong Van Karst Plateau Geopark, the journey continues south to Ba Be Lake, home to Vietnam’s largest natural freshwater lake.
Upon arrival at Pac Ngoi Village, a charming lakeside community of the Tay ethnic group, you’ll check in to a local homestay and take time to rest.
In the afternoon, enjoy a boat trip on Ba Be Lake and explore caves, visit small islands, and take time for kayaking.
Back to the homestay for the dinner and rest.

Wake up to the peaceful sounds of nature in Ba Be National Park. In the morning, enjoy a short cycling trip through scenic valleys, rice fields, and local villages, an easygoing ride that lets you experience the rural charm of northern Vietnam up close.
Return to the homestay for lunch and a short rest.
In the early afternoon, begin your transfer to Ha Long City, a long drive that takes you from the mountains to the coast.
Arrive in the late afternoon. After checking in to the hotel, you’ll have time to relax and recharge for the next day’s adventure.

Today, we set out to explore the world-famous Ha Long Bay, a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its towering limestone islands, and hidden caves.
You’ll board a cruise ship for a full day of discovery. The exact itinerary will vary depending on your chosen cruise, but highlights often include visits to impressive caves, kayaking or swimming in secluded bays, and sailing past karst formations.
Enjoy meals on board, take in the views from the deck, and relax as you drift through one of Vietnam’s most iconic landscapes.
Overnight on the cruise.

In the morning, enjoy the final moments on the cruise as it sails back toward the harbor.
Disembark around midday and begin the transfer back to Hanoi.
Arrive in the late afternoon and check in to your hotel. The rest of the day is free at your leisure relax, explore the Old Quarter, or enjoy a final dinner in the city.

After breakfast, there’s some free time for last-minute shopping or relaxing before transferring to the airport for your flight home.
