Itinerary

  1. Xin chao! Welcome to Vietnam! 
    Upon arrival to Hanoi’s Noi Bai International Airport, welcomed by the local tour guide and transfer to downtown to check in the hotel. The rest of the day is at your leisure after a long flight and reset your bio-clock before gearing up for an interesting exploration ahead. This evening, set out for a welcome dinner at Gia, a Michelin-starred restaurant serving dishes that draw inspiration from the cuisines of Vietnam's diverse cultures. Overnight in Hanoi.

  2. It is your day to visit the Capital of Vietnam today. Let's start from the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, his simple house-on-stilts and the One-Pillar pagoda near Ba Dinh Square, where the most solumn ceremonies of Hanoi take place. Go on to the Temple of Literature, the very first high school of Vietnam Scholars. 
    In the afternoon, we will drive through narrow streets to reach the meeting point and join the main group in the historic Old Quarter. Our first stop to visit the French quarter and visit Hanoi Opera House where you will learn about French colonial and architectural and the history.
    Moving you up to second destination the Long Bien Bridge, a magnificent structure was build more over than hundred of years ago with spans the red river and connects the Hoan Kiem and Long Bien districts and provides shelter to locals living on the boats underneath, on motorbikes & bicycle can traverse so off we go!
    Our next attractions we take you along the riverside get on the red river island to visit a hidden gem village, here also to see poor part of people live, and to see people farming on this island and also have chance to meet and chat with people live on this island, and our guide will take you to visit a local family to see how about the daily life. Then we driver up through the banana farm to see the beautiful and green of the vegetable farm along the way and we get to visit Kumquat farm these little trees are traditional gifts at Tet, the Vietnamese lunar new year, and adorn every family home, symbolizing, luck, health, wealth, fertility and peace.
    Our next ride to visit Tran Quoc Pagoda is located on West Lake one of the biggest lake in Hanoi city, some point we can see overview of the city with beautiful houses and amazing view and see part of the rich people living. Driver to Thanh Nien Street next to West Lake is Truc Bach Lake where we stop at the Monument of John MC Cain and see the lake and the place he get shot down, you will learn about the story of John MC Cain. 
    Afterwards, now time continue rider through pass to see botanical garden and ride pass Small Alley see the narrow houses to visit Huu Tiep Lake to see the B.52 Crash site at the lake, this US bomber was shot down during the 1972 bombing raids of Hanoi, a poignant reminder of recent history. The last attractions to enjoy Vietnamese coffee and you could try the famous coffee of Hanoi is Egg coffee besides the railway train tracks, we can see how of the local life & work, just centimetre from the train tracks in tall narrow houses.
    We then get on the Vespa and head to the local restaurant for you enjoy the Vietnamese cuisine, after lunch our Vespa team will ride you back your hotel stay or you can get off anywhere you want just tell our rider. Say goodbye! Overnight in Hanoi.
     

  3. After breakfast at the hotel, leave Ha Noi then we will head to Halong Bay, a Natural World Heritage as designated by UNESCO since 1994 and 2006, and check-in our overnight boat. Enjoy a trip on Halong with stops to visit caves or to swim and enjoy the sunset on the sea. Dinner with fresh seafood! Overnight onboard.

  4. Situated in the “Eastern Sea”, so you may guess how miraculous it is seeing the sunrise over the islets of the Bay. The boat will take us to go about marvelous areas, where almost each islet has its own name, adopting its shape or reminiscent, including the Fisherman’s Head, Turtle, the Sail, the Incense Burner Rock, the cute Sea Dog Rock or Cock Fighting Rocks and so on. 
    Arrive at Halong Wharf around noon time, picked up by our guide and driver then ahead to Hanoi Train Station for your special journey on SJourney Train.

  11. The train is scheduled to reach Sai Gon station at 5:00 am. Guests will savor breakfast until 8:30 am. At 9:00 am, check-out procedures commence. Today, based on your flight timings, you will be transferred to hotel in Ho Chi Minh. 
    Upon arrival in hotel in Ho Chi Minh City, check in your accommodation. Have a soft break afterwards. 
    In the afternoon, meet and greet our guide and driver then start the journey to discover Ho Chi Minh City. Your cyclo tour begins in the heart of Saigon, where the elegant Saigon Opera House stands as a testament to the city’s colonial heritage, transporting you to a bygone era. As you glide through tree-lined streets, you'll arrive at the Notre-Dame Cathedral Basilica, its red-brick facade and twin spires offering a moment of serenity amid the city’s vibrant energy. From there, your cyclo takes you along shady boulevards, passing by local cafes and boutique shops that reflect the city’s modern charm. Pause for a refreshing break at a hidden street-side stall, sipping iced coffee and watching the lively rhythm of urban life unfold. The ride winds through nearby landmarks, allowing you to absorb the juxtaposition of old and new that defines Saigon. The journey continues to the War Remnants Museum, stop to admire place - where thought-provoking exhibits narrate the struggles and resilience of Vietnam’s past. Finally, get back to the car and transfer back to hotel. Overnight in Saigon.

    Meet us at Cai Be jetty at 10:00 am. Your crew is set to welcome you aboard with cold towels and a refreshing drink while the Cai Be Princess sampan sets off for its leisurely cruise towards Tan Phong Islet.
    From the boat’s unique vantage point, observe life as it is lived along the river - endless boats both big and small, people working the and brilliant landscapes in every shade of green. Once at Tan Phong Islet, take a short cycling trip through the villages and fruit gardens, looking out in particular for the red, spiky rambutan with its deliciously sweet the specialty of the islet. Make stops along the way to visit local cottage industries where families make everything from rice paper and rice cakes to roof panels from water coconut fronds and homewares from water hyacinths. From the islet, travel via rowing sampan through the peaceful, narrow canals, back to the Cai Be Princess where you’ll continue on to the village of Phu An. Your cruise ends at Le Longanier Restaurant. Lunch is served in this elegant colonial-style villa set in a lush tropical garden by the river surrounded by fruit trees, giving you a sense of how the privileged class lived in Indochina times. After lunch at approximately 2:30 pm, take a short walk along the canal towards Ba Bon Bridge where your personal vehicle awaits to drive you back to Ho Chi Minh City..
