    Day 01

    Day 1: Arrival in Sapa – Cable Car Ride to Fansipan Peak

    Upon arrival in Sapa, transfer to the hotel to store your luggage (check-in available after 2:00 PM). In the afternoon, ride the cable car up to Fansipan, the highest mountain in Vietnam at 3,147 meters, it’s also known as the rooftop of Indochina. From the upper station, you can choose to take a short mountain train closer to the summit or challenge yourself with a 1,000-step trek. Enjoy stunning panoramic views, and if weather permits, a breathtaking sunset.
    Return to Sapa town in the late afternoon and explore the local nightlife—such as the night market or the traditional Love Market.

    Day 02

    Day 2: Sapa – Ta Phin – Suoi Thau (10km)

    After breakfast at the hotel, transfer to Ta Phin Village, home of the Red Dao ethnic minority. Take a walk through the village to observe daily life, interact with locals, and learn how they craft traditional clothing and handicrafts.
    Enjoy lunch with a local family — a special opportunity to experience their culture and hospitality firsthand.
    In the afternoon, continue trekking toward Suoi Thau Village. This off-the-beaten-path trail offers stunning landscapes, with peaceful rice fields and traditional houses along the way.
    Arrive at Suoi Thau and settle into a Red Dao family homestay for the night. If you wish, you can join your hosts in preparing dinner — a meaningful way to connect and learn. Enjoy a warm, home-cooked meal and rest after a full day of trekking.

    Day 03

    Day 3: Suoi Thau – Kim Ngan – Ta Giang Phinh (9km)

    After breakfast and a warm cup of coffee, begin your trek through more remote Red Dao villages, still untouched by mass tourism. Along the way, take time to engage in some local farming activities and experience the rhythms of rural life.
    Stop for lunch at a local eatery before continuing the trek down into Ta Giang Phinh Valley — a vast and scenic area at the foot of Ngu Chi Son Mountain, home to the Hmong ethnic minority. Here, life revolves around rice farming, animal husbandry, and traditional handicrafts.
    Check in at a local homestay and take some time to relax. If you're up for it, enjoy a gentle walk around the village and connect with the friendly locals.

    Day 04

    Day 4: Ta Giang Phinh – Nam Pung – Muong Hum (8km)

    Today, venture deeper into the remote highlands to visit a Ha Nhi ethnic village, known for its unique square-shaped, earth-packed houses. This off-the-beaten-path experience offers a rare glimpse into untouched cultural traditions, with stunning rice field landscapes all around.
     End the day with an overnight stay at a guesthouse in Muong Hum.

    Day 05

    Day 5: Muong Hum – Y Ty – Lao Cai (6km)

    If today is Sunday, start with a visit to the vibrant Muong Hum market, where ethnic locals gather to trade goods in a lively scene full of color and tradition. Then drive to Y Ty, a remote border village known for its dramatic location above the clouds and spectacular rice terraces overlooking the China border. Enjoy a few hours of light trekking through peaceful villages before heading to Lao Cai City. After a refreshing shower and dinner, board the overnight train to Hanoi, marking the end of an unforgettable adventure in Northwest Vietnam.
