Nathan was a great tour guide, very interesting and friendly. He made our trip very enjoyable. The tour was easly arranged through emails with Lucy, we were offered some compensation when our tour book change ($20 drink voucher).

We had an amazing time in Ha Long Bay. The weather was beautiful the whole time. We enjoyed all the planned activities. Every single staff member on the boat was incredible, very attentive, nice and helpful. Mr. Long was a great guide, funny and informative. the food was also huge highlight, the portions were massive and everything was delicious.

We would like to thank all of the staff for their wonderful hospitality. We had a great time and it has been a highlight of our travels. The food was amazing. Compliments to the chefs. I will definitely recommend to all my friends.

Activities: the planned activities were great. Less activities so that you could spend more tim in wwhat you choose to do. Binh was great.

Absolutely amazing cruise. We had a lovely room with a private sun desk at the front of the boat. Loved it. Nathan was a fantastic tour guide who really looked after everyone. He was very knowledgable and interesting and also really nice guy. It was lovely watching him look after Andre who was a little boy on the boat.

Binh and his provided excellent service during our recent trip. They went out of their ways to mee our special vegetarian food needs. Binh and his team were excellent, knowledgeable of the area and provided very useful information during the tour. 

Crew and staff were very helpful with any slight issues that we had. Tour guide was funny and entertaining, enjoyed the information that was given and activities provided. I enjoyed kayaking the most, perhaps would like more time to do so.
