Initially, we were wary of booking a tour with an agency we didn't know. However, Linda and her team exceeded our expectations. Throughout the planning phase, they were very supportive and responsive with accurate and helpful information. They helped us to have a thrilling trip in just 4 days in Vietnam. With their expertise, we chose the north of Vietnam to visit because of good time, good weather for our scheduled departure (late October). Everything run seamlessly, the tour was balanced, and we had lovely moments in Vietnam. I thoroughly recommend fellow travels to trust the Threeland team to organise your travel plans.

From visa, accommodation, day tours, airport pickup, car transfer to Halong Bay cruise, all are well-arranged by Threeland. Most importantly, they were contactable at every step of our trip. Thanks again Max for making our journey to beautiful Vietnam a fond memory to keep forever. 

The tour itinerary is well-balanced with most of the highlights in northern Vietnam. However, I recommend the fellow travel to have 1 night on Halong Bay cruise instead of just a day tour from Hanoi to Halong bay. 
Vietnamese people are friendly and hospitable, especially the locals in the rural area. When biking to explore Ninh Binh countryside, children here always waved at me, smiled and said "Hello" to me when I passed by. Nice place to unwind and feel the serenity. 
All the hotels were very good, and the food was exceptional. It's quite easy to find a restaurant with western food in Hanoi city, but 4 days in Vietnam, I fully tasted all of the Vietnamese foods: Pho, bun cha, banh my, spring rolls, and hundreds of street foods I bumped into. I love the balanced flavors of sweet, sour, salty, fresh in Vietnamese cuisines.  

The tour was wonderful. We visited some amazing places in Hanoi, Ninh Binh and Halong bay with the help of our superb tour leader Doanh. The experience of biking around the tranquil Ninh Binh was unforgettable for my family, especially our kids. They seemed very excited as seeing the grand rice fields, buffalo, duck, etc. in real life. After the trip, we thought of coming back to Vietnam and visit the South - the Mekong Delta attracts us also
