Itinerary

  1. Welcome to Hanoi! - the capital of Vietnam, is a bustling metropolis with a rich history and culture.

     

    We will pick you up at Noi Bai Airport and transfer you to the city center. You will have free time to relax after long flight.

     

    In the afternoon, we will visit Ba Dinh Square, the largest square in Hanoi. This is where all of the city's biggest cultural and political events take place. We will take some photos of the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum from the outside. Then we continue to the Temple of Literature, Vietnam's first university. The temple was built in 1070, and the gardens and well-preserved architecture offer a relaxing glimpse into Vietnam's past. After visiting the temple, we will walk around Hoan Kiem Lake, a picturesque lake in the heart of Hanoi. We will then take a leisurely walk around the Old Quarter of Hanoi, a fascinating network of narrow alleys and shophouses. The Old Quarter is also known as "The 36 Streets," as each street is named after the merchandise that was traditionally sold there. Overnight in Hanoi.

  2. Breakfast at hotel,
    At 6:30 AM, you’ll be picked up from the bus station to board a sleeper bus bound for Sapa. The journey begins along the highway toward Lao Cai city, with a comfort break scheduled between 7:30 and 11:45 AM. From 11:45 AM to 1:00 PM, the bus travels on a scenic mountain road as it approaches Sapa Town, offering views of beautiful valleys and terraced fields along the way. You’ll arrive in Sapa Town at 1:00 PM, where you’ll be greeted by the vibrant traditional costumes of the H’mong, Dzao, and Tay ethnic groups. A welcome drink and itinerary briefing will be provided, followed by a lunch featuring local Vietnamese dishes and check-in procedures.

     

    At 2:30 PM, you’ll take a short walk to Cat Cat Village, home to the Black H’mong ethnic group, located at the bottom of a deep valley near the foot of Fansipan Peak. A local guide will introduce you to the daily activities of the villagers as you trek down to the valley to see the waterfall and the historic French-built Hydraulic Power Station. There will be a stop for photos at the bridge and waterfall before you begin the trek back uphill, enjoying the beautiful scenery of the late afternoon. The trekking distance is approximately 2.5 km and takes about 2 hours.

     

    At 5:00 PM, you’ll return to Sapa Town to have dinner, participate in evening activities, and spend the night at the hotel.

     

    Please note: The guest will self-transfer to the pick-up point if your hotel is outside the Old Quarters.
     

  3. At 8:00 AM, after breakfast at the hotel, your driver and tour guide will take you to the Cable Car Station, where you’ll board a cable car and spend 20 minutes admiring the spectacular mountain scenery. By 9:00 AM, you’ll reach an altitude of 2,800 meters, where you can take in the breathtaking views, snap photos, and visit the nearby pagoda—a spiritual site. From there, you’ll begin a trek up 600 steps to reach the peak of Fansipan, famously known as the Roof of Indochina. This segment allows about 1.5 hours for hiking and taking in the panoramic scenery.

     

    At 11:30 AM, you’ll return to the Cable Car Station for the descent back to Sapa Town, arriving around noon to enjoy lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, the journey continues with an easy walk to Moana View, just 700 meters from the Sapa Church. Moana View is a popular spot for visitors, designed as a unique photo destination for those looking to capture memorable moments. Here, you can check in at the Bali Gate, Infinity Lake, Moana Girl statue, Golden Hand, Thrilling Swing, Lonely Tree, and the panoramic Café with views of Fansipan Peak and the spectacular Muong Hoa Valley. Feel free to prepare special clothes or hats to make the most of your photos.

     

    At 5:00 PM, you’ll return to Sapa Town for dinner, evening activities, and an overnight stay at the hotel.
     

  4. Start your day with breakfast at the hotel, then enjoy some free time to explore Sapa on your own, taking in the town’s unique charm and beautiful surroundings. At 12:00 PM, check out of your hotel, have lunch, and make the most of your remaining time in Sapa. Between 1:00 and 2:00 PM, you’ll board the bus for the return journey to Hanoi, with comfort breaks scheduled along the way. Arriving in Hanoi between 8:00 and 8:30 PM, we’ll say our goodbyes at the bus station, marking the end of your trip. Overnight in Hanoi. 

  5. Breakfast at the hotel, then check out. At 08:00 – 08:30 am, you will be picked up at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarters and transferred to Ha Long Bay, the pride of the Gulf of Tonkin, a Natural World Heritage as recognized by UNESCO in 1994 and 2006.

     

    Upon arrival at the Cruise Port, you will enjoy a warm welcome from cruise staff and complete the checkin procedure for the overnight cruise to discover the magnificent beauty of this "Descending Dragon" bay, created by thousands of odd-shaped limestone rocks and karst grottoes. After a lunch on board, we can visit the Grottos, stop for swimming or kayaking, pass floating houses, and approach islets to enjoy their beauty in close proximity. Later in the afternoon, go back to the cruise and enjoy the cooking demonstration before having dinner. In the evening, attend activities on the boat or relax at your own leisure. Overnight on the cruise.

     

    Please note: The guest will self-transfer to the pick-up point in the Old Quarter, address is provided upon booking confirmation. The program may be a little varied depending on the cruise you choose. You will have stationed English speaking guide on board. Only local/international food is available on cruise.
     

  6. You should wake up early to enjoy the dawn on the sea in the early morning. The Vietnamese call the "East Sea" by a point-oriented name "Eastern Sea", so you may guess how miraculous seeing the sunrise over the islets of the Bay. After breakfast our boat will continue to cruise in marvelous areas, where almost each islet has its own name, adopting its shape or reminiscent like Sail Island, Fisherman’s head rock, Butterfly rock or Turtle islet etc. Check out your room and have brunch on board while the cruise coming back the pier. 

     

    Disembark from the cruise, return to Hanoi by shuttle bus. Overnight in Hanoi.
     

  7. Breakfast at the hotel. Time at leisure until check out time and transfer to the airport with driver only (no guide) for the departure flight back to your sweet home.
