Itinerary

  1. Welcome to Hanoi! - the capital of Vietnam, is a bustling metropolis with a rich history and culture.
    We will pick you up at Noi Bai Airport and transfer you to the city center. You will have free time to relax after long flight.

     

    In the afternoon, we will visit Ba Dinh Square, the largest square in Hanoi. This is where all of the city's biggest cultural and political events take place. We will take some photos of the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum from the outside. Then we continue to the Temple of Literature, Vietnam's first university. The temple was built in 1070, and the gardens and well-preserved architecture offer a relaxing glimpse into Vietnam's past. After visiting the temple, we will walk around Hoan Kiem Lake, a picturesque lake in the heart of Hanoi. We will then take a leisurely walk around the Old Quarter of Hanoi, a fascinating network of narrow alleys and shophouses. The Old Quarter is also known as "The 36 Streets," as each street is named after the merchandise that was traditionally sold there. Overnight in Hanoi.

  2. Breakfast at hotel, At 6:30 AM, you will be picked up from the bus station to board a sleeper bus bound for Sapa. The journey begins along the highway toward Lao Cai city, with a comfort break scheduled between 7:30 and 11:45 AM. From 11:45 AM to 1:00 PM, the bus continues on a scenic mountain road, providing views of valleys and terraced fields as it approaches Sapa Town. Upon arrival at 1:00 PM, you will be welcomed by the colorful traditional attire of the H’mong, Dzao, and Tay ethnic groups. A welcome drink and itinerary briefing will be provided, followed by a lunch featuring local Vietnamese dishes and check-in procedures.

     

    In the afternoon at 2:30 PM, you will embark on a short walk to Cat Cat Village, home to the Black H’mong ethnic people and nestled in a deep valley at the foot of Fansipan Peak. A local guide will lead the way, showcasing the daily life of the villagers. The trek continues down to the valley bottom to visit a waterfall and the historical French-built Hydraulic Power Station, with time for photos at the bridge and waterfall. The return trek uphill offers beautiful views of the surrounding landscape in the late afternoon light. By 5:00 PM, you will return to Sapa Town to enjoy dinner, evening activities, and an overnight stay at the hotel. The trek covers a distance of about 2.5 km and takes approximately 2 hours. Overnight in Sapa.
    Please note: The guest will self-transfer to the pick-up point if your hotel is outside the Old Quarters.
     

  3. Breakfast at hotel,
    By 8:00 AM, a short drive will take you to Y Linh Ho, where you will begin your trek through the picturesque rice terraces and along Muong Hoa Stream. This scenic route will lead you to the Black Hmong village of Lao Chai, offering breathtaking views of the Hoang Lien Son Mountain range, before continuing to Ta Van Village, home to the Dzay ethnic people. The trekking distance is approximately 9 km and will take around 3.5 hours.

     

    At 11:30 AM, a bus will pick you up at Ta Van Bridge to return to Sapa. Upon your arrival at noon, you will have time to take a shower, check out, and enjoy lunch at the hotel. The rest of the time until 1:00 PM is yours to relax at your leisure. From 1:00 to 1:30 PM, you will meet with your group at the hotel to prepare for the return trip to Hanoi.

     

    At 2:00 PM, you will board the bus back to Hanoi, with two comfort breaks scheduled along the way. Finally, you will arrive at the bus station in Hanoi between 8:30 and 9:00 PM, where we will say goodbye and conclude your trip. Overnight in Sapa.
     

  4. Breakfast at the hotel, then check out. At 08:00 – 08:30 am, you will be picked up at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarters and transferred to Ha Long Bay, the pride of the Gulf of Tonkin, a Natural World Heritage as recognized by UNESCO in 1994 and 2006.

     

    Upon arrival at the Cruise Port, you will enjoy a warm welcome from cruise staff and complete the checkin procedure for the overnight cruise to discover the magnificent beauty of this "Descending Dragon" bay, created by thousands of odd-shaped limestone rocks and karst grottoes. After a lunch on board, we can visit the Grottos, stop for swimming or kayaking, pass floating houses, and approach islets to enjoy their beauty in close proximity. Later in the afternoon, go back to the cruise and enjoy the cooking demonstration before having dinner. In the evening, attend activities on the boat or relax at your own leisure. Overnight on the cruise.

     

    Please note: The guest will self-transfer to the pick-up point in the Old Quarter, address is provided upon booking confirmation. The program may be a little varied depending on the cruise you choose. You will have stationed English speaking guide on board. Only local/international food is available on cruise.
     

  5. You should wake up early to enjoy the dawn on the sea in the early morning. The Vietnamese call the "East Sea" by a point-oriented name "Eastern Sea", so you may guess how miraculous seeing the sunrise over the islets of the Bay. After breakfast our boat will continue to cruise in marvelous areas, where almost each islet has its own name, adopting its shape or reminiscent like Sail Island, Fisherman’s head rock, Butterfly rock or Turtle islet etc. Check out your room and have brunch on board while the cruise coming back the pier. 

     

    Disembark from the cruise, return to Hanoi by shuttle bus. Overnight in Hanoi.
     

  6. Breakfast at the hotel. Time at leisure until check out time and transfer to the airport with driver only (no guide) for the departure flight back to your sweet home.
