Pick up at hotel and receive our bicycles to ride to Hoian’s colorful central market. Here we interact with the local sellers and learn about the ingredients to be used in the cooking lesson later. The market is very lively and colorful so make sure our camera is handy. After collecting enough ingredients from the market, we continue our ride to Tra Que vegetable village. Enjoy welcome drink upon arrival then walk through the vegetable gardens where local farmers work on their fields, using the traditional methods of hundreds of years ago, no electrical machinery here. We then go to the restaurant then work together with the chef. Learn the traditional ways of preparing and cooking Vietnamese food. After the lesson, enjoy what we have cooked. Cycle back to the hotel after taking a short rest. End of service.
