For a deeper insight into the mining process, take the opportunity to visit one of the largest gemstone mines in the area, where you can observe firsthand how miners extract and refine these natural treasures.
Enjoy a delicious local lunch at a nearby restaurant before heading to a peaceful Thai minority village, nestled amidst lush greenery and rolling hills. Here, you'll receive a warm welcome from your homestay host and settle into a cozy stilt house located next to a gentle stream, offering a tranquil retreat.
As the late afternoon sets in, take a leisurely walk through the village, soaking in the serene atmosphere of rice fields and surrounding mountains. This is the perfect moment to embrace the quiet charm of rural life.
