Once your booking is confirmed and you have made payment, we will email you tour itinerary and a service voucher. For airlines ticket, you can now get electronic tickets which can be sent via email. For clients coming in from abroad, we will arrange for you to be delivered to hotel on arrival or give them to your tour guide. 

Absolutely! Your personal information is submitted on a secure server and is used only in order to create your voucher or contact you if there are any problems with your booking.

PAYMENT & DEPOSIT

Yes, you do. A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total package price is required to confirm your reservations. Final payment of the tour price must be made 15 days before tour departure, otherwise Threeland Travel may at their sole discretion cancel the bookings without any refund of sums already paid to Threeland Travel by the Client/Agent.

We accept payment by Cash, telegraphic transfer, major Credit Card ( Visa, Master ). Client’s payment shall be settled by telegraphic transfer, by cash, credit cards or traveler cheques. Except for cash payment, bank fee is applied. In case the credit facilities have been agreed with the Client/Agent, payment shall be settled by swift or telegraphic transfer to the appropriate Threeland Travel bank account. Any bank fee charge must be paid by the Client/Agent.

Yes, we definitely will do. In case there is a problem with your payment or booking details, we will contact you on the telephone number or email address stated in your booking.

AMENDMENT& CANCELLATION

A service charge of USD 25 will be implemented for any changes to the booking once the reservation is confirmed. Once documentations are issued, any changes thereafter will be $50 per change and for re-issuance of any vouchers. Additional charges for the re-issuance of air tickets will be applied. When dates are changed on these packages, prices may vary depending on the day of travel and airline class of service booked, which is determined by airline seat availability. All prices are subject to change without notice. Note: The amendment service charges stated above are in addition to the applicable cancellation charges.

We understand that you probably get some accidental things and must postpone or even cancel the trip. We provide the very flexible policy of cancellation. For cancellations of confirmed arrangements, while a Client/Agent loses its deposit as mentioned above, charges for cancellation of bookings are not levied by Threeland Travel but if hotels, carriers and other contractors apply charges for cancellation, the Client/Agent shall be liable to pay those charges to Threeland travel or to the concerned parties directly as the case may be. For NO-SHOWS, there will be no refunds. All cancellation must be in writing and received by Threeland Travel. No refunds or exchanges can be made in respect of accommodation, meals, sightseeing tours, transport or any other services which are included in the tour prices but not utilized by the tour member.

VISA & PASSPORT

It is the responsibility of individual travelers to see that proper documentation is obtained in advance of the trip. Each passenger must be in possession of a valid passport which must be valid for more than 6 months after the return date of travel. Passport number, date and place of issue, and birth date is now required by airlines and trains, and may be required to confirm services. Names on your airline tickets must match the first and last name listed on your passport. Visa requirements must be met to certain countries. Visa requirements vary according to your nationality. To avoid time consuming, Threeland Travel recommends you obtain your required visas on arrival. Please check our visa-on-arrival services. You may also make your own visa arrangements directly with the embassy / consulate of Vietnam in your country. Check with Threeland travel for up-to-date requirements and information. We will assist with, but will not be held responsible for obtaining the necessary documentation.

There are 2 places to get Visa: at the Vietnamese diplomatic offices or possibly at the border gates to those who have written invitation by a Vietnamese competent agencies or tourists in the tours organized by Vietnamese international travel companies. Especially, if you would like to enter Vietnam through an international border gate to travel on Phu Quoc Island and stay there for less than 15 days will also be exempted from Vietnam visa application. Passports must be valid for at least 45 days. Important note: Please be aware that visa on arrival in Vietnam means visa stamped on arrival. You must get visa approval by Vietnam Immigration office in advance. Upon arrival to Vietnam International Airports (Hanoi, Da Nang or Hochiminh), you present all things in the prepared package (passport, visa approval letter, 2 passport sized photos 4x6cm, the entry-and-exit form and stamping fee) to the Immigration officer to get your visa stamped. You need to pay stamping fee about $25 for single entry and $50 for multiple entry visa.

You can get visa approval letter via email (attached with entry-and-exit form), then print out and finally fill out the form. The package includes 2 passport sized photos 4x6cm and visa approval letter, then show them to Immigration officer at Vietnam arrival airports or border gate. Instead of applying directly for a visa at the embassies of Vietnam, Threeland Travel can assist you for any visa-related services, from visa on arrival to urgent visa. Just send us your information, Threeland Travel can take care of the visa procedure upon your arrival at the following airports: Hanoi, Danang, Saigon at around 7 days for processing. We have put together a few sample tours at tour styles for your reference, though, as they are just several recommendation, you’d better send email with your requirements directly to us and we shall get back with a perfect tailor made tour matching with your needs.

Definitely, If you have any special requirements such as children care, health problem, special note on transportation, vegetarian meals or food allergies, ect... please let us know as soon as possible, we will work closely with both you and our supplier to ensure that we will not miss any tiny thing.

HOW TO BOOK

At first,  you need to complete one of the reservation forms on our website by click “ PLAN A TRIP” directly or via contact form, please make sure that you have given us your email address and phone number. As soon as we receive your request we will contact you to confirm the reservation. It is our policy to reply to all requests within 24 hours, latest within 8 hours for package tours, within 2 hours for day tour.
