Travel with Confidence

At Threeland Travel, proactive destination management is at the core of our operations. To assist our partners and travellers in managing client expectations, we are providing a comprehensive update on regional safety, international flight options, and vital ground logistics in Hanoi.

Southeast Asia Remains a Safe Haven

Amid shifting global dynamics, we want to assure our travellers that Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, and Thailand remain highly safe and stable destinations. The Indochina region and Thailand are entirely unaffected by geopolitical tensions elsewhere. All tourism infrastructure, domestic flights, and cross-border services are operating seamlessly, offering the secure and welcoming environment travelers seek.

Alternative Flight Hubs to Southeast Asia

Current global events may prompt travelers to seek flight routes that bypass the Miassure our partners that Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, and Thailand remainddle East. It is crucial to inform your clients that Middle Eastern airports are not the only gateways to Southeast Asia.

Travelers can easily access Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, and Thailand through excellent alternative transit hubs. We recommend exploring routes operated by major airlines transiting via:

  • Key Asian Hubs: Hong Kong (HKG), Singapore (SIN), and Bangkok (BKK).
  • Key European Hubs: Frankfurt (FRA), Munich (MUC), Paris (CDG), and London (LHR).

Providing these alternative routings ensures travellers can travel with complete peace of mind.

Operational Update: Hanoi Traffic Regulations

Hanoi’is the historical and cultural heartbeat of the capital. To manage the city's bustling energy, ease daily congestion, and create a safer environment for pedestrians, local authorities have recently introduced an important traffic update.

If you are planning a trip or organizing tours to Hanoi, here is everything you need to know about the new transportation rules and how we are keeping itineraries running smoothly.

To reduce heavy traffic, the Hanoi Traffic Police are now strictly enforcing a ban on all large passenger vehicles (28 seats and above) from entering or transiting through the Hanoi urban districts during peak hours.

The restricted timeframes are:

  • Morning: 06:00 AM – 09:00 AM
  • Afternoon/Evening: 04:00 PM – 07:30 PM

Logistical shifts in a busy capital are completely normal, and at Threeland Travel, agility is our strong suit.  To minimize disruption and ensure smooth logistics for clients staying and having a city tour in the Hanoi urban districts, Threeland Travel is implementing the solution on a case-by-case basis.
