Mui Ne is a cape in Phan Thiet city, a famous tourist center of Binh Thuan province. The name Mui Ne comes from fishermen fishing. Transportation

From Ho Chi Minh City, visitors can easily move to Mui Ne by motorbike, bus or train.

The backpackers often follow the coastal road. From Ho Chi Minh City, you can follow the direction of Cat Lai ferry, go to Long Thanh and then Ba Ria town, continue in the direction of Ho Tram through Loc An, then follow the coastal road towards Phan Thiet. Total distance is about 230 km.

If you don't ride a motorbike, you can also go to the Eastern bus station to buy a ticket to Phan Thiet, the travel time is about 5 hours, the ticket price is 130,000 VND per person, depending on the bus operator.

Visitors can also take the SPT1/SPT4 train from Saigon station. Ticket price is 110,000 VND per person, departing in the morning.

From Hanoi, visitors can fly to Ho Chi Minh City and move to Phan Thiet or fly to Cam Ranh, Nha Trang and then catch a car to Mui Ne (nearly 200 km).

From April 29, 2023, the Dau Giay - Phan Thiet expressway came into operation, shortening the travel time from Ho Chi Minh City to about 2 hours by car. It is expected that by the end of 2023, Phan Thiet airport will be put into use in phase 1.

1. Hon Rom

8. Palace of Van Thuy Tu

Located on Ngu Ong Street, Van Thuy Tu Palace is a long-standing relic (1762) with ancient and profound beauty. This is also a symbol of the fish worshiping belief of Binh Thuan fishermen. Van Thuy Palace is also home to the largest fish skeleton in Vietnam and Southeast Asia.

This skeleton is 22 m long and weighs up to 65 tons. Every year at the Palace, ceremonies are held solemnly on lunar days: February 20 (Te Xuan); April 20 (Fisheries); June 20 (Main season); July 20 (Vertical Rowing) and August 23 (Off-Season). 9. Mui Ne Bay
