Inevitably, 2019 was such a memorable year to us, Threeland Travel got impressive achievements in growth rate of 40%, we have worked with more than 1,600 partners and welcomed more than 60,000 tourists over the world to Vietnam and Indochina. 

There are no words to describe how hard the team have tried over the past two decades, exerted day by day, now to be rewarded with two awards from TripAdvisor and Hanoi Tourism Board as our great achievements. In details, these awards honored the business in constantly service quality improvement and tourism development promotion as a key economic sector of the region in general and the country in particular.

2020 Travellers' Choice Awards

Over consecutive recent years, Threeland Travel have got Travelers’ Choice award as we have consistently earn great reviews from travelers, ranked within the top 10% of properties on TripAdvisor and got Certificate of Excellent 2019 for our properties: Gray Line Vietnam and Gray Line Halong. It means a lot to us and big motivation to any staff during this challenge time. 

In an objective perspective, to select the winners in Certificate of Excellence and Travelers Choice Awards, TripAdvisor uses a proprietary algorithm to determine the quality, quantity and recency of reviews submitted by travelers on TripAdvisor every year as well as ranking on the Popularity Index on the site. To be qualified, we have to maintain a consecutive overall rating of four out of five, have a minimum number of reviews and be listed on TripAdvisor for over 12 months.

The next award is that Threeland Travel was honored as an outstanding tour operator to receive a noble certificate from Director of Hanoi Tourism Department due to our participation in signature national tourism associations and events. Moreover, we have engaged with Travelife to work towards tourism sustainability and to be controlled by this world leading training, management and certification. 

In year of 2020, we are privileged to see the optimistic faces of our dedicated members who are still here together with company get over the global pandemic in courage and effort of management board, we  also have shared lows and highs, wins and accolades with partners across the region and over the world. We are all assured that for the next coming years, tourism industry will be recovered and lively with new responsible travel experiences and focus on wellness sectors towards sustainability and nature cares. Threeland Travel are working on a responsible development project of a chain of eco-retreats in northern Vietnam. 

Nearly twenty years is long enough for the foundation in helping each member to be mature in works, building unforgettable milestones in a difference and unique way. Threeland would like to thank each member of the company, no matter who you are, whatever position you are, the front line person or quietly being behind the scene to commit professional service mind as always to push Threeland to be such a reliable partner - a prestigious brand in the international tourism industry.

In the most touching speech in company from Tony Nguyen, Managing Director of Threeland Travel, he said:

“I would like to sincerely thanks to our valued customers from over the world who have been chosen our service in Vietnam as well as in Indochina countries; give special thanks to our dear staffs who have accompanied with Threeland Travel for years. 

Your consistent belief and faith has raised us up to be recognized as one of the most outstanding tour operators in Vietnam in recent years. The entire team has maintained the excellent service and spontaneous performance, illuminating insights and actionable steps for us to go further, we definitely will never stop conquering new challenges. I’m so inspired to see visions and dreams of young generations for a better and sustainable future of tourism.

Though the global pandemic is affecting our regular business, reflecting hardly on our operations, activities as well as our responsibility to the local community and the society as a whole. In the next years to come, Threeland Travel will continue to make progress and provide more high-quality tourism products and services for international travelers with high corporate social responsibility. Let’s hope for the pandemic to stop, the world to be back to normal, and we can soon regain the joy of travel! ”

 “Today is a special day which is remarked deeply in my heart. As a person working in tourism, I have witnessed what the industry has been suffering in the past months due to the covid-19 epidemic. Any business closely associated with the travel sector are cutting down cost by reducing working hours and wages, or even worse, infinitely dismissing their employees and also realize how vulnerable the Vietnam tourism could be.

Each staff is deeply touched by the unexpectedly humane policy from the company, and the warm-hearting message from our Managing Director: "Covid-19 got us challenges but also opportunities. I hope you make the most of this opportunity to spend quality time with family, to take some time off and travel, to take care of yourself better". 

But he didn't forget to remind us to take this opportunity to learn more about the market, to dig deeper in each and every client's portfolio, to work on and improve the products and services, so that we all well prepare for the rainbow after the rain. Vietnam tourism is vulnerable, but it can also be remarkably resilient, and all we have to do, is to be ready for it!”

The festive season is approaching which has brightened up our mind and we thought twice for a vision in the future to come. We are lucky to have Grayline Vietnam, Grayline Ha Long, and Pu Luong Retreat teams as brothers and sisters under a same roof who always have our back.
